GoPro HERO4 4K. Holy Cow!
Just take my money!
I think I read this about a hundred times so far. The HERO4 4K is stunning. Not only does it shoot 4K at 30fps it actually looks great. In the demo video the night and low light shots look pretty darn good. I want to play with this GoPro! Heck I want to have one today. More on GoPro website HERE.

GoPro 4
The big buzz is 4K. What if I am not going to shoot, edit and produce in 4K. Is there enough reason to buy the GP4 if I use it in my DRONE vs using my GP3 Black Plus ?
From the looks of the video lowlight performance is much improved. Unless it was cleaned up in post but still even if it was it held up well. Im a big fan of 4K acquisition and delivering in HD. It looks great. Reframing in post is powerful too. Besides it’s cheap. Side note. The Cinema EOS cameras have 4K sensors. Thats a big reason the HD image is so detailed compared to a HD sensor. The camera did the down-converting for us instead.
Yes because you can shoot 50 fps in 2.7k vs 30 which is huge. Almost 50% slow motion now! And it has much better low light.
