April 3, 20260 Comments

recteq has released three new grills for 2026. These are three very different grills that all share improvements from user recommendations. You asked, and they delivered! recteq states that the new grills offer improved features and a sturdy build at a competitive price. Let’s check out the entries for 2026. These grills can reach very high temperatures, with the Bullseye Deluxe RT-380BD capable of approximately 1,000°F. Searing on these will not be an issue.

Bullseye Deluxe RT-380BD

The Bullseye Deluxe RT-380BD builds on recteq’s high-heat pellet platform, positioning itself as a hybrid solution for both grilling and smoking. Designed to bridge the gap between traditional charcoal grilling and pellet convenience, the unit emphasizes extreme temperature capability—reaching up to approximately 1,000°F—alongside modern features such as Wi-Fi connectivity and PID temperature control.

With its compact, kettle-style form factor and upgraded performance envelope, the Bullseye Deluxe is aimed at users seeking fast heat-up times and searing performance without sacrificing low-and-slow capability.

The Bullseye Deluxe RT-380BD retails for $949.99.

Smokestone RT-480SS

The Smokestone RT-480SS marks recteq’s continued expansion into the flat-top category, introducing a wood-fired pellet griddle platform. Positioned as a differentiator in a segment dominated by gas-powered units, the Smokestone leverages pellet fuel to deliver both griddle-style cooking and wood-fired flavor.

This model reflects broader industry trends toward multi-function outdoor cooking appliances, combining the utility of a traditional griddle with the flavor profile typically associated with pellet smokers.

The Smokestone RT-480SS retails for $749.99.

Porch Pro RT-400PP

The Porch Pro RT-400PP targets space-constrained consumers, offering a compact footprint tailored for patios, balconies, and smaller outdoor environments. Despite its reduced size, the unit delivers a full pellet grill experience, including a temperature range of approximately 180°F to 700°F and around 400 square inches of cooking space.

recteq maintains its core design language here, incorporating stainless steel components, PID temperature control, and extended cook capability via a mid-sized pellet hopper, positioning the Porch Pro as an entry point into the brand’s ecosystem without significant performance trade-offs.

The Porch Pro RT-400PP retails for $699.99.

About recteq

recteq is a U.S.-based manufacturer and direct-to-consumer brand focused on premium wood pellet grills and outdoor cooking equipment. The company was founded in 2009 by Ray Carnes and Ron Cundy, entering the market during the early growth phase of pellet-fired cooking in the United States.

Headquartered in Evans, Georgia, Recteq has built its business around a vertically integrated, direct-sales model, allowing it to maintain tighter control over pricing, customer engagement, and post-sale support. The company has positioned itself in the mid- to high-end segment of the pellet grill market, emphasizing heavy-gauge stainless steel construction, proprietary temperature-control systems, and long-term durability.

Originally branded as “Rec Tec,” the company reintroduced itself as “recteq” in 2020, reflecting a broader shift toward lifestyle branding and an expanded product ecosystem that includes accessories, fuel, and consumables.

Manufacturing and Supply Chain

recteq designs its products in the United States, with the majority of manufacturing conducted overseas, primarily in China. Final assembly, quality assurance, and distribution operations are managed through its Georgia headquarters. This hybrid manufacturing approach is consistent with broader industry practices, balancing cost efficiencies with brand-level quality control.
