DJI Mic Mini with 2 TX + 1 Mobile RX, Wireless Lavalier Microphone for iPhone 17/16/15 & Android/PC/Tablet, Plug-and-Play Now $45

I recently posted an article on the DJI Mobile Transmitter, which is a bargain at $15. Well, I stumbled on another great option that includes two DJI Mic Mini’s and the Mobile Receiver, all in a nice soft case.

DJI Mic Mini (2 TX + 1 Mobile RX), Wireless Lavalier Microphone is compatible with the iPhone 17/16/15 & Android/PC/Tablet. It’s Plug-and-Play, 300m Transmission, Ultralight, and has Active Noise Canceling. Great for YouTubers, Vlogging, and Streaming.
What’s Not Included:
With this compact Mic Mini kit, you don’t get a charging case or a receiver compatible with a mirrorless camera. If you don’t intend to use a mirrorless or video camera, then this option is great.

Physical Controls & Ease of Use: The DJI Mic 3 features a touchscreen on the receiver for quick setting adjustments. On the DJI Mic Mini, many advanced settings must be changed by plugging the receiver into a smartphone and using the DJI Mimo app. As you can see, the Mic 3 is much bulkier, and when attached to a mobile device, it can get in the way.
The DJI Mic Mini is the older version that has much fewer features than the Mini 3, but the sound quality of the Mic Mini is so close to the Mic 3 that that isnt what you should be comparing. It’s more about features. The main one is the Mic 3 has 32-bit float internal recording. This is nice as it gives you a high-quality backup if the signal gets disrupted.

Which should you choose?
- Choose the DJI Mic Mini if you are a vlogger or beginner looking for the lightest, most affordable setup, and typically record in controlled environments where a signal dropout is unlikely.
- Choose the DJI Mic 3 if you do paid client work, weddings, or interviews where you cannot afford to lose audio. The internal recording and 32-bit float act as a “safety net” for high-stakes filming
If you are a mobile creator, the DJI Mic Mini kit for only $45 is such a great deal. You get the ease of setup using the Mimo app, just like the Mic 3, and the slim, low-profile Mobile Receiver. It’s a great combo. If you’re doing interviews, the Mobile Receiver has a USB-C port for headphones as well. Amazing!
